Dental Plan Options

You have the option to choose the plan that's right for you between 2 plan designs. Plan 1, known as the 'Waiting Period Plan' provides 100% preventive and 80% basic coverage from day 1. Major expenses are covered after a 12 month waiting period. Plan 2 known as the 'Graded Benefit Plan' also covers preventive care at 100% from day 1, but increases the benefit levels for basic and major expenses over the first 3 years of coverage.
